This wine is produced in quality-oriented wineries in the very heart of Orvieto Classico zone. After undergoing soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, this fresh and fruity wine is bottled in the Rocca delle Macie cellars. 50% Trebbiano Toscano, 20% Verdello, 20% Grechetto-Drupeggio, 10% Malvasia Toscana A lovely, savory estate-grown white wine, loaded with character and a well-rounded, delightfully nutty flavor. Ideal as an aperitif and well-suited to fish and white meat dishes.
