Highly complex aromas of crushed herb, brine, and dark fruit dominated by blackberry and blueberry with hints of black currant. Flavors of mixed, juicy dark berries and hints of cocoa on the palate.

We scoured the world for the most intriguing grapes and sourced them from some of South Australia s finest regions. The Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils yielded one of our most complexly layered wines while maintaining the approachability and balanced acidity that makes SALDO stand out.
Blend: 95% Shiraz, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
